Sheriff Wickersham permits and promotes sexual abuse of girls in Macomb County. When an honorable and faithful citizen reports this child sexual abuse and rape, Sheriff sends his SET team, (aka - Secret Enforcement Team), to arrest the reporter and incarcerate them using the worst ‘secret police’ tactics. Sheriff does not allow the arrestee to defend themselves. Despite numerous requests to see the charge and deny it, Sheriff Wickersham locks the innocent away and denies them contact with the outside. When Sheriff Wickersham arrest the innocent on a false charge of terrorism, Sheriff leaves a laptop, smart phone, and file cabinet in the innocents living room. Sheriff does not need this evidence because Sheriff knows the charge is false and the evidence will only support the innocent. Sheriff then intentionally puts the innocent into pods which they are most likely to get raped and killed. Sheriff Wickersham has the fourth highest rate of rapes and murders in the country. That is because Sheriff tries to get the accused raped and killed. Even when honorable deputies protest putting the accused at risk, the loyal deputies override the honorable ones and follow Sheriff’s instruction to get the accused raped and killed.

Sheriff works with Prosecutor to co-opt the defense of the innocent. All attorneys in Macomb County know to challenge Prosecutor is to surrender future work in Macomb County. Sheriff did this with the author and Ronald Dimambro. The bailiffs and other deputies gleefully support the dirty cops and prosecutors. When the innocents appeal their false conviction, the prosecutors, bailiffs and deputies gleefully laugh at the appellants. Sheriff promotes those who support his corrupt practices. Those with honor are held back and run out.

Sheriff’s Internal Affairs team supports all of the corruption above. When the accused report corruption to Internal Affairs from within Macomb County Jail, Internal Affairs gives the report back to the accused with the instructions: “... Give this to your attorney at your next hearing. Sheriff and Internal Affairs know that no lawyer has the power to fight police corruption. Sheriff and Internal Affairs also know that all Court-Appointed Attorneys work for the dirty cops and prosecutors over the needs of their clients.

Sheriff edits interviews and jailhouse calls to prosecute the innocent and overcharge the guilty. Sheriff is dirty in almost all ways possible. If ever on a jury, never trust Sheriff to be honest, honorable, or truthful.

I received a call from Sgt. Abdo on July 2, 2015. He repeatedly told me I was a nice guy and he wanted me to come in and talk to him. Suspicious, I packed up for an extended stay and headed down to the Sheriff’s station. Sgt. Abdo inquired into two angry emails I wrote to Referee Lisa Goldstein. I did write the emails. I take responsibility for the emails. He went over only certain parts of the emails. I cannot speak for his motives. He went over the ugliest comments, took them out of context, and neglected the sentence “… none of you deserve death for your corruption, rather you deserve to be exposed, shamed and reformed.” “None of you deserve death.” Sgt. He repeatedly asked me if I had violent thoughts. I am an honest and open person. I don’t believe Sgt. Abdo and the Macomb County Sheriff are the same. I admitted I had violent thoughts regularly. I was a Marine for 13 years in the reserves. I went through five weeks of Officers Candidates School, sixteen weeks of boot camp, and eight weeks of infantry school. I am a trained killer. We joked in the Marines that our problem-solving skills included killing people and blowing things up. It is honorable to train as a Marine and we Marines do a great service to our country. People don’t say “Send in the Marines!” for no reason. Of course, Marines have violent thoughts a lot of the time. We also have minds that tell us to not apply this training to our civilian lives. The Sheriff must realize that many of our proud veterans have violent thoughts. Asking a Marine if he has violent thoughts is like asking the Pope if he has holy thoughts.

On September 23, of 2015, the Sheriff jumped me as I was putting laundry into my car. They presented no badges and made no declarations as they assaulted me. I initially feared they were a white gang and I was about to die. They finally admitted they were Sheriff when they cuffed me. I asked them what they were there for. They would not tell me. They asked me to search my home and I allowed them. They found “nada”. They put me in jail and would not tell me what they arrested me for. A few days later, at arraignment, the judge said I made threats. I had no idea what she was talking about, told her I did not, and she had the wrong person. She did not listen to a word I said. Guilty until proven innocent. The court enters a plea of not guilty so they can claim they presume innocence. This is a dishonest act. I was treated as guilty even though I was and am innocent. I was told by a current police officer that good policing includes interviewing BOTH SIDES in a charge before making an arrest. Macomb County Sheriff does not subscribe to this standard. They only look at one side of the claim/evidence, and block out the one they don’t like. Sheriff never made an effort to talk to me. This is reminiscent of the Royals, Nazis and Racists of the past. Note, I am not calling Sheriff a racist, Nazi, or Royal. I am only asserting their police tactics are the same. The stupid Lt Abro erroneously claims I call them those labels. Macomb Sheriff needs to be reformed.

When I got to a cell with a TV, the inmates told me they all saw me on the news and that I was accused of threatening to blow up a judge. I was shocked. My pleas from jail now involve the Sheriff as the Sheriff runs the jail. I immediately sent notes to Sheriff and Prosecutor that I made no threats against anyone. I informed them that someone had malice towards me and made a false charge. I repeatedly begged them to investigate who falsely charged me and they would find a motive for why they made the false charge. I received no response from the Sheriff. I felt like a Jew asking his Nazi superiors for a voice. I sent many pleas to Sheriff while in jail. They only answered ONE out of over FIFTY. Sheriff treats citizens as criminals even before they are convicted.

Sheriff had several under-cover officers, some who I knew and others I didn’t, follow me in jail. I told them my ex-wife is sexually abusing my daughter. Sheriff did nothing about this. If I had admitted to a serious crime I had done in the past, Sheriff and Prosecutor would have charged me with another crime. If I would have told about another man committing a crime, they would have investigated, arrested, prosecuted. Such undercover work is standard operating procedure in law enforcement. Sheriff nothing about my ex-wife and daughter. Sheriff thus permits and promotes sexual abuse in Macomb County Michigan.

Sheriff knew I had neither a criminal past or a conviction. They still gave me I high security rating and put me in cells with the most violent and dangerous inmates. They have listening devices all over the jail and am sure they heard a few of the threats against my possessions, sexuality (rape), and life. They did nothing. One guard even smiled when he knew an assault was coming. Sheriff permits and promotes assault on certain individuals in the Macomb County Jail.

I made multiple requests to Sheriff to administer lie-detector tests to me and my accuser. Sheriff responded to neither. Sheriff does not care about justice, they are only persecuting those that challenge the corruption of the deep state.

A police officer told me that, like in the movies, all terrorist threats demand the investigators to seize hard-drives, computers, phones, and files. Sheriff left ALL of those in my living room at my arrest. I gave them permission to search my house. They could see all the above in plain sight in the living room. As per Detective Roberts, in the SET team, they seized nothing. Sheriff knew I was no threat and did not need to search for contacts and plans in my data files. Sheriff was only interested in arresting an innocent man and falsely prosecuting him.

Many Sheriff Deputies are descent and honorable people and do a great service for Macomb County Michigan. These Deputies should be appreciated and promoted. A few however are corrupt, dangerous, and desperately need reform. I made multiple attempts to get Sheriff Wickersham to address the corruption in Sheriff. Sheriff did nothing, Sheriff is part of the corrupt Deep State within Macomb County.

"I was being moved from one pod to another, I sat in a darkened room where one female deputy clearly led the group of several other guards and correction officers. I use the term 'guard' for dishonorable and corrupt correction officials and 'corrections officer' for honorable and just correction officials.

One male corrections officer was arguing with the female guard, He said: "We should not put him (meaning me) in there!" She answered, "Oh, he's going! He made several more attempts to convince the guard of the coming danger. She was unmoved and repeated: "Oh, he's going!

When I entered the pod, about half of the pod started throwing spit wads at me and calling me "ChoMo." ChoMo is short for child molester. When someone arrives in jail with my cleanliness, intelligence, and professional demeanor; the general jail population jumps to the conclusion that persons like me, not career criminals like them, must be a 'child molestor.' The general jail population subscribes to the conclusion that all child molesters are subject to RAPE and MURDER. All sherriff's deputies, Sheriff, Corrections Officers, and Guards know this. By repeatedly placing me in danger, Sheriff knew I was frequently at risk of being RAPED and KILLED.

It should be noted, the guards have microphones in all of the pods and can hear each pod. They also have a plain view into the pod. The guards heard and saw all of the taunts for the hour preceding to to cell for the night call. They knew I was in grave danger. They did nothing and likely hoped a bad end to me.

At the return to cells bell, I went to go into my cell. I noticed a burly, 50 plus pound of muscle on me, of standing a few feet outside of my door. My quick thinking projected that if I entered my cell, that convict could have pushed into my cell and locked my door behind us. He would have then had his way with me. I would have been the next rape and/or murder victim of the corrupt Sheriff Wickersham.

Instead of going into my cell, as directed by jail rules, I instead went to the window and waited by the window for about five minutes. The guards should have called down to the cell to get me into my cell. They may have left their station with the idea that I was in the process of being raped and/or killed. They could claim they were unaware, and hoped to avoid responsibility.

When the other inmate was back in his cell, I returned to mine. I immediately pushed the button to inform the guards I was unsafe. A disappointed guard called me into the central area. He had that same smug look that Minnesota cop had while killing George Floyd. Many in Sheriff and Prosecutor have those same smug looks. The guard tried to talk me into staying at risk. He also accused me of being gay. He called me an 'asshole.'

By law, the guards had to move me once I said my life was in danger. It should be noted, when they moved me, the labeled it "unable to get along." They refused to label it as fear of rape because anti-rape laws dictate that they arrange equal or better incarceration. Sheriff did not use those labels so they could try again and again to get me raped and/or killed.

Sheriff, Wickersham, through Duda, through Abro, on down have all been informed of these corrupt practices. We have a saying the Marines, 'silence is consent.' In the Marines it is used for 'Fire Missions." Here it works to say by not responding to these reports, all Sheriff supports this corruption.

The corrupt Sheriff will attempt to say I am delusional, narcissistic, and obsessional. Sheriff's and Prosecutor's worst nightmare came true when the VA hospital gave me several evaluations, including placed in front of a dozen or so mental health care professionals, and all suggested no delusion, obsession, nor narcissism. Thus, all I say is true. None is exaggerated. I was literally moments away from rape and death. Sheriff knows this and has the same smug look as that cop that killed George Floyd.

Because Sheriff hates me, because I know of his and Prosecutor’s failures to protect girls from sexual abuse and rape, Sheriff directs his deputies to permit my psychotic siblings to slash my tractor tires (Felony Malicious Destruction of Property), steal my mail/driver’s license (Postal Fraud), and threaten to arrest me if I enter my deceased father’s home. I dare not risk it as I may end up RAPED or KILLED in MCJ, see above. I also informed the deputies that my siblings stole a Lowe’s rebate check from the mail box. With my ID and the rebate, my siblings can easily steal my rebate. The deputies said that is OK.

When I informed deputies that my psychotic brother and sister are planning to sell marijuana, the deputies informed my psychotic siblings, they can “sell a bottle of water for $500 and then give ‘free’ pot to that same person.” I doubt that is even true. Sheriff and his deputies lie so much, I highly suspect this to be the case here. That transaction definitely sounds like Manufacturing and Distributing to me.
